As we want this FIFG FootGolf World Cup to be an unforgettable experience for every single player who will participate in this event, both partners and 5 stars hotels, Les Jardins de l'Agdal and the Adams Park Hotel, will welcome all the players.

 

Like an Olympic Village, both 5 stars resorts, located less than 2 minutes from each other, and less than 10 minutes from the City Center, ideally located at the crossroads of the various sites selected for the World Cup (Golf Courses, evening places, etc.) will become the base camp for all players from the different national Teams during all the Competition. Offering comfortable rooms and suites these 2 hotels each have a wide range of services.

 

Les Jardins de l'Agdal Hotel & Spa is a 5 Stars Moroccan style hotel featuring a tennis court, a sauna, a Spa & Wellness Center, a jacuzzi, an outdoor swimming pool, and an indoor heated swimming pool. It also offers a gym, aerobics classes and a fitness center, helping guests to keep fit. Players will have a choice between an International buffet, an Italian restaurant or a Moroccan restaurant.

 

Adam Park Marrakech Hotel Spa is also a 5 Stars hotel, with modern rooms, featuring 4 hammams, 4 Jacuzzis, 3 saunas, a Spa & Wellness Center, and an outdoor swimming pool. It also offers a small fitness center.  Players will have a choice between an International buffet, an Italian restaurant or a Moroccan restaurant.

 

In both hotels, players will be able to enjoy authentic restaurants, and bars, and will have the opportunity to share different spaces of conviviality with players from other countries. The Tuesday party specially for players will take place at Les Jardins de l'Agdal, in one of their amazing meeting room.

The FIFG FootGolf World Cup package for players, will include :

​

• 9 Nights in double Room,

• 8 lunches at the Golf Course,

• 4 evening parties (the Opening Ceremony, one special party for players, and the Closing Ceremony). 

 

Depending on sponsors, one or two other parties may be part of this World Cup package. It will also include the shuttles service between accommodations and golf courses during competitions, and between accommodations and entertainment places, and also a wide range of services from partners of the event. Each hotel will offer 150 twin rooms for the FIFG FootGolf World Cup 2018.

Every country may adjust the rules concerning wives, children and family, or even accompanying reservation in the same hotel and rooms as the players. But whatever decision is taken, every player will have to get in contact with their organization to reserve the reservation.

Only the captain (if appointed by the organization) or the FIFG member representative of the National Team will be authorized to contact and to make an order to that National Team.

Here are the deadlines for the payment :

​

• 25% of the previsionnal full amount at the end of August

• 25% of the full amount at the end of September

• 25% of the full amount at the end of October.

• 25% of the full amount at the November 20th. 

​

A country may be disqualified if they don’t pay 50% of their order by the end of September, and players from a country who did not pay 100% before the end of November, will be asked not to take part in the tournament. 

 

Find below the Order Form that you can download if you are the representative of your country, and send it to the organization, as soon as possible with your pre-order. The representative can order for players, and for family, the price being the same for an accompanying person as for a player, but without any evening party. Every country should respect the deadlines, to avoid any sanctions. Any children of less than 3 years will count for free.

4 - Number of players in the WT 2018 Top 20: To fill up after the 20th of November

5 - Select the number of international former professional players if you are bringing any (0 / 1 / 2 / 3)

6 - Fill out the Qty needed for your pack

7 - Fill out the extra nights / player you would need

8 - Fill out all the information concerning the Family Packs

9 - Please check if everything is correct. If yes; you just need to sign.

10 - Check and sign the General sales policies document
